If you have exceeded 3 submissions of old programming, you will no longer qualify for a series timeslot, as per our policies and procedures. The following is PROHIBITED: - Any advertising or material that promotes any commercial product or service. Material and program content that is libelous, slanderous, or constitutes an unlawful invasion of property. - Material that violates local, state or federal law relating to obscenity. - Content or material contrary to local, state or federal laws. - Any solicitation or appeal for funds. - BE ADVISED that support of a volunteer produced access program may be acknowledged by a single visual or spoken acknowledgement at the beginning or end of the program ONLY. - Program graphics, titles, visual or spoken credits may NOT contain the name, address, website, e-mail, or phone number of a for-profit commercial entity including, but not limited to restaurants, commercial entities or services, and book sales. - Programming by, or for any person or group who has declared candidacy for political office. - It is prohibited to sell or barter channel time or studio time. - Time on public access channels is free of charge. DISTRIBUTION OF PROGRAMMING DISTRIBUTION OF PROGRAMMING 1. CMSI has the right of first showing on any of its channels. 2. CMSI has a right to keep a copy without any compensation for archive purposes. 3. CMSI has the right to use the program and any excerpts for promotional/educational purposes on its channels as well as CMSI website. 4. CMSI reserves the right to distribute the program to other access centers for cablecasting. 5. CMSI reserves the right to use the program in the future on any of its channels. 6. CMSI producers uploading and submitting programs to CMSI website agree to all of the policies within. 7. CMSI has the right to post content to Video On Demand site and streaming services.
