Podcast Studio

CMSI is pleased to introduce a podcasting studio to our offerings for the community.

Podcasting is a converged medium, meaning it combines audio, web and portable media players. It has become a revolutionary force in media, delivering news, revisiting in-depth storytelling and creating community. And the community has asked us to create a place for them to do this here at CMSI.

The new studio, which is a pay-per-use space, is available during all regular hours of operation at CMSI and available for 2-hour rentals. It is a soundproof space with state-of-the-art podcasting equipment, studio lighting and camera.

Anyone using the space must be trained to use the equipment and bring their own SD card to record their podcast.
